Make This: DIY Mylar Heart Treat Bags
I may have an affinity for flowers and information technology is true that I wore a skirt yesterday, merely truly, I am not a girlie girl. I don't similar ruffles. I strongly dislike tiaras. And I'grand non a huge fan of pink. But hot pink/magenta mylar? Oh yeah! I tin get onboard with that.
So, I fabricated these little treat bags for parties and gifts to celebrate the upcoming holiday.
As with pretty much all of my DIYs, they're super piece of cake to brand. And won't take long to knock out either. Want to brand y'all ain?
Materials:
- magenta mylar sheets (or metallic tissue paper)
- glassine treat numberless
- scissors
- glue stick
- pen or mater (optional)
How-To:
1. Grab your scissors and freehand cut hearts of diverse sizes. I prefer hearts are a little imperfect and fifty-fifty a little wonky. I think they have more grapheme. BUT if you lotdon't experience comfy heading straight for the pair of scissors, d raw hearts with a pen or marker first on the opposite side of the mylar sheet.
2. One time the hearts are cutting, flip them over and cover with a thin layer of mucilage.
3. Attach to glassine bags and permit dry out. Add your favorite treat (donuts, popcorn, processed, etc) and enjoy.
Does information technology get whatsoever easier? I honey the simplicity of this project considering you can exercise it last minute. If you take kids, these are perfect little goodie numberless to bring in as Valentines for your child's classroom. And if y'all're just a child at heart, similar me, they're great for 5-Day parties or as a little treat for friends.
